Refund and Exchange Policy
All requests for the exchange or refund of any product delivered to the user in response to a purchase order made through our website or mobile application are subject to the Return and Exchange Policy set out below. The user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this policy when purchasing products from Cordless’s online platform.
Right to Correct or Cancel an Order
Cordless grants you the right to correct, amend, or cancel your purchase order on our website within seven (7) days of placing the order, provided that you have not already received the product.
Right to Exchange or Refund Without Cause
Cordless grants you the right to exchange or refund the purchased product and receive a full refund without giving any reason, subject to the following conditions:
The request for exchange or refund must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in the same condition as at the time of delivery and must not have been opened, operated, or used in any way.
The product must be in its original packaging as received.
The original tax invoice must be attached.
The serial number must be clear, legible, and must not have been tampered with, altered, or hidden in any way.
The product must include all its accessories and components (including but not limited to spare parts, user manuals, accessories, and any free gifts, if applicable).
Right to Exchange or Refund Defective Products
Cordless also grants you the right to exchange or refund the purchased product and receive a full refund, including shipping costs, if you receive a defective product, one with an operational fault, or one that is unfit for its intended purpose, subject to the following conditions:
The request for exchange or refund must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received, with the serial number clear and legible.
The product must be complete with all its components and accessories (including but not limited to spare parts, user manuals, and free gifts, if applicable).
The original tax invoice must be attached.
The defect must not have resulted from installation errors, misuse, mishandling, or user negligence.
The product must not be part of clearance sales or categorized as non-refundable.
The product must not fall within the list of non-refundable items.
Loss of the Right to Exchange or Refund
You acknowledge that you will lose your right to request an exchange or refund of a defective or faulty product in the following cases:
The defect or operational fault is caused by improper installation, misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow the user manual instructions.
The defect or operational fault results from accidents or circumstances that occurred after the product was put to use.
The product is missing any of its original components (including but not limited to spare parts, user manuals, and free gifts, if applicable).
Cordless reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any exchange or refund request if it does not comply with the conditions stated above.
