How the installation process works

2) We’ll Contact You to Confirm Details Our team will contact you to schedule an installation appointment and confirm the door type.
3) How Long Does Installation Take? 30 to 60 minutes.
4) App Setup and Training We’ll help you connect the lock to the app and teach you how to manage fingerprints, codes, and unlocking methods.
Will the installation cause any damage to the door?
No. The installation is completely clean with no drilling or any modifications.
What happens if the batteries run out?
The lock sends notifications when the battery is low, and can be temporarily operated via the emergency port or opened using the emergency key.
